Our daily schedule is very flexible to allow for unplanned events or other opportunities that may arise throughout the day. The children get to play outside daily (weather permitting) or we might take a walk to the grassy areas in the park community we are located in. On those cold or rainy days, we enjoy getting our energy out by using the variety of age appropriate indoor toys, or playing games.

We also to try to have at least 45 minutes a day of creative learning where your child will learn, letter, shape, color, and number recognition. This time will be planned, structured activities using a Spanish Immersion program, where we learn songs, numbers, letters and vocabulary all in Spanish. Some of the activities include arts & crafts, music, snacks, science, stories and games. It will not be a rigorous academic program for I am a firm believer in the fact that children learn best through experiences and play based activities. With the support of my husband Roy, I have spent the last three years enriching my education in the field of Early Childhood. I am CPR/First aid certified, hold a certificate of achievement in Early childhood and am specialized in Infant/toddler education. I also hold a certification in Childcare Center Administration .

All of these accomplishments have prepared me and honed me to be able to operate my own home based daycare. A family daycare in which I provide a loving and safe environment for your child, while encouraging curiosity, discovery and learning through play.
